Clout Communications Ltd is headed up by directors David Burns, Greg Day and Kevin Wilson. Our mission statement is simple: provide a bold, decisive, receptive and imaginative level of service for all our clients, and have lots of fun doing it!

David Burns has 18 years experience in entertainment, media and arts marketing and publicity.
Before becoming part of Clout, he formed Burning Issues PR in 2003, representing such diverse clients as The Goodies, Harry Shearer, BBC Scotland, Pathe Films, Graeae Theatre Company, Eclipse Theatre, Cardboard Citizens and The New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich. From 2001-2003 he was the senior account director at Avalon Public Relations where his clients included Frank Skinner, Harry Hill, Al Murray and Lee Mack as well as the controversial "Jerry Springer The Opera", Immediately prior to that from 1999 to 2001 he was an account director at MacLaurin Media where he represented such organisations as The Disney Channel, Unique Communications, Discovery Home and Leisure and S4C International.
From 1997 to 1999 he headed up publicity for Wall To Wall Television and from 1995 to 1997, David was press and marketing manager at Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group after working for two years as marketing co-ordinator at The Society of London Theatre.
David also headed up the fundraising department at the ICA in the early nineties and began his career as fundraising officer at Rambert Dance Company.

Former actor and playwright Greg Day has over 20 years experience as a publicist.
He was Senior Press Officer at Channel 4 from 1990 to 1998 and Head of Publicity, Drama & Entertainment for FIVE from 1998 to 2001. Previously Greg worked as a publicity executive for Zakiya Powell & Associates, specialising as a Unit Publicist for both feature films and television series. He has also worked as a press officer for Columbia Pictures.
In 2001 he created his own PR agency, Greg Day PR and amongst the many actors and performers he has worked with are: Derren Brown, Michelle Collins, Kevin Costner, Cherie Lunghi, Jack Dee, Jo Brand, Clive Anderson, Jennifer Connelly, Paul Merton, Sara Cox, Chris Morris, Nell McAndrew and the film directors Lindsey Anderson and Dario Argento. He is also a co-director of Film4 FrightFest, the UK's leading horror and fantasy film festival and is a practising psychotherapist, M.A.,Dip. In addition, Greg has had plays performed in London, Belgium and Germany and on BBC Radio 4.

Kevin Wilson spent 20 years as a showbusiness journalist and film critic.
Launching his own PR agency, KWPR, in 1994, Kevin has represented more than 50 major stars of stage and screen, sports personalities, politicians, writers and innovators, including Sir David Frost, Sir Trevor McDonald, Ann Widdecombe, Barry Norman, Carol Thatcher, Nick Ferrari, Tony Benn, Clement Freud, Clive James,
Dr Jonathan Miller, Lady Antonia Fraser, Michael Portillo, Gerald Scarfe and Sir John Mortimer.
He specialises in theatre PR and has represented many major West End plays and musicals, including 'Divas', 'The Rocky Horror Show', 'Dancing in the Streets', 'Simply Heavenly', 'Frank, Sammy & Dean - The Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas' 'That's Amore!', Ruby Wax in Roald Dahl's 'The Witches', the infamous salsa musical 'Murderous Instincts' and Nick Moran in 'The Countess', as well as full-scale national tours and hundreds of plays on the London fringe. Kevin has also carved out a reputation as one of the foremost PR agents at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and he was named West End PR of The Year in 2007. He is also an award-winning theatre producer.
