FrightFest

FrightFest, currently headline-sponsored by Film 4, is the UK's premiere horror and fantasy film festival with an annual, talent packed, five day event at the Odeon West End during the August Bank Holiday. Greg Day is a co-director and Clout Communications handles the publicity, marketing and sponsorship activity. FrightFest 2009 will mark the festival's 10th anniversary.

Harry Shearer

The West End's newest theatre opened with The Big Joke comedy festival after a £600,000 three-month renovation. Clout Communications is retained as venue publicists. Recent clients represented at the venue by Clout include Joan Rivers, Roseanne Barr and Youtube internet sensation Bo Burnham.


Marilyn

The 19th full length dance musical from the Peter Schaufuss Company, Marilyn, starring Zara Deakin as the world's most famous sex symbol, received its world premiere in Denmark in September 2008. Marilyn will transfer to London's West End in spring 2009

The legendary soul singer is to tour the UK in an evening of gospel and Christmas classics in December 2008. Clout Communications is retained as UK publicists by the Peter Schaufuss Company, led by Olivier Award and Evening Standard Award-winning choreographer Peter Schaufuss.

The company's 2008 West End production, DIVAS paid homage to three of the world's greatest icons - Edith Piaf, Marlene Dietrich and Judy Garland. MARILYN, Peter's 19th full-length production, will open in the West End in spring 2009.
